Job Description
Key Responsibilities Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes Ensure coding accuracy as per CMS and payer guidelines Maintain productivity, quality, and TAT standards Identify and flag documentation or coding issues Support audits, rework, and quality reviews Collaborate with billing and revenue cycle teams Mandatory Requirements Active CPC / CCS / CCA certification Minimum 1 year experience in US medical coding Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems Willingness to work US shifts Preferred Skills Specialty coding (ED, Surgery, OPD, IPD, Risk Adjustment) Exposure to audits or denial analysis Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
